I’m a personal trainer based in Ithaca, New York. I hold a NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification and a USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting certification. I am currently continuing my education through NASM’s Wellness Coach certification and the CFSC Level 1 certification. I specialize in functional strength training with a focus on movement quality, joint health, and long term sustainability.

I have a deep passion for helping people feel seen and heard. I strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself, without pressure or judgment, and feel empowered through the process. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on your strength, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you grow in a way that feels sustainable and real.

My “why” behind being a strength coach comes from my own experience. After dealing with chronic shoulder pain and being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I learned what it feels like to not trust your body… to feel limited, frustrated, and disconnected from yourself.

It taught me how to move with intention, how to build resilience, and how to feel strong not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t just about lifting weights, it was about reclaiming control and confidence in my own body.

I want people to feel capable again. I want them to understand their bodies, move without fear, and realize they are stronger than they think and capable of anything.

A bit more about me,

outside of the gym

I enjoy traveling, being in nature, trying new foods, cooking, modeling, listening to music, journaling, and spending time with friends.

I’ve always felt a deep pull to explore, to see more of the world and experience the beauty and energy it holds. Alongside that, I’ve also felt a deep desire to understand spirituality, to connect to something greater, and to explore what it really means to feel aligned within myself. Whether I’m somewhere new or simply outside, those moments help me slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

Nature is where I feel most grounded. It brings me back into my body, helps me breathe deeper, and reminds me to be present. It’s also where I feel most connected, not just to the world around me, but to something deeper within myself.

I try to move through life with intention and gratitude, staying open, appreciating what’s in front of me, and allowing myself to fully experience the life I’m living.
