Personalized programming designed for your schedule, with guidance, structure, and support.

• App-based training (all in one place)
Starting at $185/month (12-week commitment recommended for best results)

Training options
In Person Training
All in-person sessions take place at The Gym Ithaca, a fully equipped, high quality training space designed to support all levels.
A membership is not required to train with me, but it is encouraged for consistency and easier access.
• No membership: $5 day pass paid to the gym per session
• Membership option: $40/month for full access
What you’ll have access to:
• Full strength training area (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells)
• Multiple squat racks + deadlift platforms
• Plate-loaded and selectorized machines
• Cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes, rowers, stairmills)
• Functional training tools (sleds, TRX, bands, med balls, boxes)
• Open space for movement, mobility, and conditioning work
• 24 hour access to both South Hill and East hill locations
